Escort Cards

Escort cards tell guests which table they are assigned to. It includes the guest's full name followed by the table number. You can use one card per couple (naturally, they will sit at the same table).

Brandy Martini - the full name of a single guest
Dr & Mrs James Bond - for a married couple
Maraschino Cherry & Guest - for an invited guest bringing a guest who's name is unknown

Escort cards should be arranged in alphabetical order by last name.

Most commonly, escort cards are displayed on a table outside of the banquet room.

Don't confuse escort cards with place cards. Place cards are arranged at the guest table to show everyone their assigned seat at the table.
