XIX (Nineteen)

A group of friends and I went to XIX for happy hour. It is a gorgeous restaurant/bar located on the 19th floor of the Park Hyatt Bellevue in Center City Philadelphia. The drinks were FABULOUS! I had the blueberry pomegranate martini and a couple of my friends had mango margaritas, like the one pictured above.

We weren't too crazy about the appetizers. They were lamb meatball skewers with cucumber sauce and mushroom pastries which we ordered as a part of the happy hour special. We later discovered that the full restaurant menu would not be available until an hour later. Bummer!

This is definitely a place I would consider for other events like Sunday brunch with the girls or a bridesmaids luncheon. If you are lucky enough to host a wedding at the Bellevue, then consider XIX for your cocktail hour.
