Wish Upon A Wedding Philadelphia - 2 Down, Many More to Come
I've been so busy planning that I haven't had a chance to share the experience with you. "Bad blogger!"
Let's start with the Philadelphia Launch Party on January 31st.
After our chapter President, Mark Kingsdorf, shared the mission of Wish Upon a Wedding with the Lou Kochman at Top of the Tower, she insisted on hosting the launch party in her gorgeous urban venue in downtown Philadelphia. Lou, Vanessa Garcia, and the rest of the staff at TOT were very accommodating and welcoming. They also provided a tasty menu for guests to nosh as they mingled and learned more about the organization.
Once the venue and event date were secured, Mark and I got to work putting all of the pieces together in a matter of weeks. Along with our well-connected board, we were able to reach out to many local wedding & event professionals to help us pull off one fabulous event.
Thanks to the shutter skills of Paul Roebuck at Unique Concepts Studio, we have fabulous photos to share. View the photos on Facebook (and "like" Wish Upon a Wedding Philadelphia while you're there). Because photos are not enough to demonstrate the true essence of this momentous occasion, Ed Seiders at Branded Productions captured it on video.

Additional thanks to all of the sponsors, volunteers, and special friends who helped make this an amazing night.
Stay tuned for part 2 of this story...
