I saw this dress (in ivory) in Brides magazine and I just had to find out more about it. Vera Wang's website includes the following description:

Silk organdy strapless mermaid of asymmetrically draped layers. Gown is
available in ivory or white. Prices range from $8,000 - $13,000.
